This policy explains, in plain language, what information Lakunella LLC (“Lakunella”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our apps or visit this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website and to the applications we publish.

The short version

We collect as little as we can. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Where an app can work without sending your data to us, it does.

Information you give us

• Contact details. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
• Account details. If an app offers an account, we store what is needed to run it — typically an email address and an authentication credential. We never store your password in readable form.
• Content you create. Content you create in an app stays on your device unless the app offers a sync or backup feature and you turn it on. If you do, that content is stored so it can be delivered back to your own devices.

Information collected automatically

• Website. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
• Apps. Where we collect diagnostics or crash reports, they are used only to find and fix problems, and they are aggregated or pseudonymised where possible. Any such collection is disclosed in the app and, where the platform requires it, is opt-in.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Apps may store settings and cached data locally on your device so they work offline and remember your preferences.

Why we are allowed to process your data

We process information to provide a service you asked for, to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping our services working and secure. Where the law requires consent — for optional analytics, for example — we ask first and you can withdraw it at any time.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate our services, for example website hosting, email, app distribution platforms and payment processors. They only process data on our instructions and only as far as needed to do their job. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Support emails are kept while they remain useful for support history. Account data is deleted when you delete your account.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted. Access to stored data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, or object to how we use it. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the relevant app or on this website.
